WorldMesh is operated by Farhiya Ali, trading as WorldMesh. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect information submitted through the Growth Friction Score™.

When you complete the Growth Friction Score™, we may collect your name and email address, your website where provided, information about your business including business size or revenue band, your assessment responses and results, your consent and marketing preferences, and technical information necessary to operate and secure the assessment.

This information is stored securely in the WorldMesh database.

We use your information to understand your business context, generate your personalised Growth Friction Score™ and diagnostic findings, and deliver your report by email.

Assessment data may also contribute to WorldMesh research, benchmarking and analysis of ecommerce growth trends.

Where assessment data is used in research or published insights, it will be anonymised or aggregated so that you and your business are not identified. We will not publish information that identifies you or your business without appropriate permission.

We do not sell your personal information.

Receiving your Growth Friction Score™ does not automatically opt you into marketing.

If you separately choose to receive WorldMesh communications, we may send you occasional growth insights, research and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Choosing not to receive marketing will not affect your ability to complete the assessment or receive your report.

We process personal information only where we have an appropriate lawful basis under applicable data protection law, including where necessary to provide the Growth Friction Score™ and report you request.

Where we rely on consent for marketing, this is requested separately and can be withdrawn at any time.

We retain identifiable information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy and to meet applicable legal or business requirements.

Assessment data may be anonymised or aggregated and retained for longer-term WorldMesh research, benchmarking and trend analysis.

We may use trusted technology providers to securely store and process information and deliver assessment results and emails on our behalf.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

You may have rights under applicable data protection law to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing.

Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
